The studio
Goularte Design Studio was founded in 2021 and is located in the city of Criciúma, in the state of Santa Catarina. Its specialty is the development of prints for the textile sector, using illustrations and hand drawings to compose the projects. Its developments have already been used by the ceramic and graphic sector, adding value to the product with exclusive illustrations.
Specialties
The Studio offers years of experience in textile design, both in sublimation and screen printing design, delivering high quality prints to its customers fully ready for industrial production.
For the composition of the prints, manual illustrations are produced, generating arts with high resolution and providing exclusivity for the customer's product.
Troubleshooting
Customer service is provided remotely. 100% of the communication is through messaging applications and presentation images and final files are sent over the internet.
Due to years of work experience inside factories, the studio does not miss a single detail regarding the development processes due to the physical distance.
Studio Founder
Gustavo Goularte
Technician in Design from SATC Technical School and Bachelor in Graphic Design from SATC College in Criciúma. He began working in the textile industry in 2008 and has remained active ever since, developing projects for the creative sector. He has hands-on experience in digital illustration and traditional techniques, including graphite, watercolor, gouache, ink, chalk, and markers, which he applies to print and illustration production. Additionally, he is skilled in patternmaking and sewing interpretation.
Beyond his role as a print designer, he has professionally conducted trend research, produced photographic catalogs, developed and finalized printed media, created illustrations for magazines, illustrated murals in pubs and restaurants, and taught courses and workshops.
